ADDENDUM: VS-66FW

This addendum updates the VS-66FWuser manual, as follows:

Page 6 (item 3 on the rear panel in Figure 3, in section 4): the REMOTE connector PINOUT is altered.

The seventh PIN (leaf) is now labeled LF, and the eighth PIN (branch) is now labeled BR.

Page 11 (Figure 7 in section 5.5): the REMOTE connector PINOUT is replaced:

Page 21 (Table 5 in section 8): the POWER SOURCE spec is replaced with this text: 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz; 30VA.
