Basic Configuration

5Pair and Connect

Use your Bluetooth software to search for Bluetooth devices in range. Once the Bluetooth serial adapter is detected, pair to it. If prompted for a PIN code, enter “1234” (without the quotes).

Once paired, establish a connection using the Bluetooth serial port profile (SPP).

If you’re not sure how to do this, please consult the documentation for your Bluetooth hardware/software.

Once you have established a Bluetooth serial port connection, the blue LED will turn off. Below is an example, using the Widcomm software version 3.0.x
