See below typical surge load capability of the power supply, the PSU is capable of delivering 3 secs of Surge load about 150% of IO max the o/p voltage can be out of regulation limits of + 5%.

∙Dynamic Load

The Power Supply is capable of dynamic output voltage load change from 10% to 90% within ±5% of regulation limits, and from 0% to 100% within ±10% of regulation limits. See picture below on the dynamic behavior of the Power Supply.
