Controlling Other Components

By pressing the REMOTE MODE button that’s been programmed with the remote control code for your component, you can control Onkyo component as described below.

For details on entering a remote control code for other components, see “Entering Remote Control Codes” (page 48).

Controlling a Blu-ray Disc/DVD Player, HD DVD Player

BD/DVD is preprogrammed with the remote control code for controlling a component that supports the p*1 (limited to some models). The component must be able to receive remote control commands via pand be connected to the AV receiver via HDMI.

Use the following remote control codes:

*1 The psupported by the AV receiver is the CEC system control function of the HDMI standard.
