Troubleshooting

The Power Adapter and Charging the Battery

I do not see where to insert the outlet clip into the power adapter.

•There is a blank clip inserted into the power adapter when it is shipped. Remove the blank clip which covers the power adapter contacts. Now install an outlet clip.

I do not see an amber light when I plug the power adapter into the projector.

•Make sure the power outlet is working.

•Make sure the connector from the power adapter is plugged into the "DC In" on the projector and not the headphone jack.

•When fully charged, the LED indicator will flash green.

Installing the HDMI or MHL cable into the Projector

The HDMI or MHL cable will not insert into the projector.

•There may be a dust cap on the end of the connector. Remove it before inserting connector into the projector.

•When you insert the connector, make sure the connector orientated correctly. The cover hits the cable when I close the cover.
