The image seems bright enough but there are no details in the dark shadows.

•Open the projector menu and increase brightness setting and then decrease the contrast slightly.

•Open the projector menu and decrease contrast.

Adjusting the Volume

There is no audio coming out of the speaker

•Turn up the volume or turn off mute.

•Turn up the volume on the external speakers.

•There may be a moment of silence in the show you are watching.

Using the Remote Control

The remote control does not work.

•Remove the plastic film that is in-between the battery and the remote control.

•Replace the battery. The battery size is a CR 2025.

•The remote control is out of range of the projector. The remote control's range is up to 20 feet.
