The GM adapter is for GM vehicles. The adapter has the following components:

Item 1 DLC Connector - connects to the data link connector (DLC) of the vehicle’s electronic control unit.

Item 2 8-Pin Connector - connects to the 8-pin connector on the DB 25 power cable.

The Sumitomo adapter is for vehicle’s equipped with Sumitomo anti-lock brake systems. The adapter has the following components:

Item 1 DLC Connector - connects to the data link connector (DLC) of the vehicle’s electronic control unit.

Item 2 8-Pin Connector - connects to the 8-pin connector on the DB 25 power cable.

The battery adapter can be used with the DB25 power cable (shown on page 3) or other cables that have a battery power plug. The adapter has the following components:

Item 1 Battery Clamps - clamp to the battery’s terminals.

Item 2 Power Plug Connector - connects to (fits over) the power plug on the DB25 power cable or other cables with a power plug.
