4View the DTC retrieval procedure and print it, if neces- sary. For printing information, refer to “Print” on page 26.

5Use the connector location and DTC retrieval procedure to read the flash codes from the vehicle. When you know the codes, press the ENTER key. This displays the Pos- sible Codes screen.

7View the list and save or print it, if necessary.

To view a saved file, refer to “Playback a Data File” on page 21. For printing information, refer to “Print” on page 26.

8Press the EXIT key to return to the Diagnostic Menu screen.

9Clear the codes. Refer to “Clear Codes (Flash Codes)” on page 44.

6Use the Possible Codes screen to enter the flash codes as follows:

a Use the Direction keys to select (highlight) a code number. With the number selected, press the ENTER key.

b Repeat step a until all the flash codes are highlighted.

c Press the EXIT key to display the code descriptions. This displays the Review Codes screen.
