You’ve tried accessing a One Touch or Speed Dial location with no number assigned to it. See pages 22 and 24 for information about storing One Touch or Speed Dial numbers.

PRINTER FAULT

The recording head has overheated. Unplug the machine and wait 30 minutes for it to cool.

CHECK PAPER

The recording paper is jammed in the printer.

1Unplug the power cord.

2Open the recording paper cover and remove any paper.

3Push the OPEN button to open the top cover.

4Pull the jammed paper gently from the recording paper feeder toward the back of the machine. If the paper remains jammed, then pull it toward the front of the machine.

5Close the cover.

6Reset the recording paper.
