CHECK THE SCAN SETTINGS BEFORE SCANNING

1.To check the scan settings before scanning, press, hold down, and then release, the Scan button.

Press, hold down, and then release the Scan button to see the current scan settings.

The OneTouch Properties window opens for you to view and change the configuration settings of the Scan button.

Note: The configurations shown on this example of the OneTouch Properties window are for illustration purposes only. The configurations you see on your OneTouch Properties window may be different.

This sample shows that the Scan button is currently set to scan in black and white using the US Letter configuration, save the scanned image in the PDF format, and send the image to PaperPort as the Destination Application.
