5In the middle of this window you’ll see information about each of the four PAN ports on the front of the IntelliJack. You can check to see if the port is Enabled or Disabled, if there is a network link, whether or not it’s running at half or full duplex, what speed it’s set for, its priority, and whether or not it’s part of a virtual network (VLAN).

6Under the Product Info box, you can see the current firmware version of the IntelliJack, the Product Name, and the Serial Number.

7Click on the Hardware Settings tab to view status information about the switch.
