Start your planning with the access points in the lowest level, and use a cellular struc- ture as described in Section 2.3.Set the communication channels of the access points in conformance with national restrictions. When you continue with the access points in the other levels, remember that access points transmit through floors and ceilings. Your cellular structure should therefore take into account the access points located above and below one another.
