9.As the System > RAID screen refreshes (every 30 seconds), you will see the LED indicators for the drive slots in the Secondary Array turn green as the SonicWALL CDP appliance senses the inserted drives.
When all the drives are inserted, all drive slot LEDs turn green, and the Add Expansion Pack button appears.
Note: If the Expansion Pack license has not been added to the SonicWALL CDP on both MySonicWALL and in the Web management interface, the Add Expansion Pack button is not displayed. You must activate the license before you can access the drives.
10.Click the Add Expansion Pack button. The SonicWALL CDP appliance begins building the array. This can take up to 30 minutes.
11.Wait until the SonicWALL CDP finishes building the array. When finished, the status displays OK.
