HARDWARE INSTALLATION

Note that to share Internet access on your network, you will need to install appropriate Internet-sharing software on one PC.

The ADSL network must meet the following minimum requirements:

ADSL service from your local telephone company or have access to an ADSL DSLAM (Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer)

PC configured with fixed IP address or dynamic IP address assignment via DHCP, Gateway server address, and DNS server address from your telephone company or network administrator

You also need to get the prerequisite information listed on page 3-4 from your telephone company or network administrator
