CONFIGURING THE NETWORK CARD

Pause Control

Pause frames are used to control network congestion. In this field the card may be configured to transmit and to receive pause frames (IEEE 802.3x dull duplex flow control). The default is “Enabled”.

Receive Buffer

This field lets you set the number of buffers allocated in the memory for use by the card while receiving packets. Decreasing the number of buffers reduces the memory requirement of the card.

VLAN ID

Select “VLAN ID” to configure the VLAN ID for the card. VLAN IDs can range from 1 to 4094.
