TDD is a telecommunication device for the deaf where two peo- ple can communicate using a keyboard connected to the phone line. A TDD device is required to access this service. You can send questions or comments 24 hours a day.
SeaBOARD
The Seagate Technical Support Bulletin Board System (BBS) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A modem is required to access this service. The communications software must be set for eight data bits, no parity, and one stop bit (8N1). These oper- ate at 300 to 9600 baud. With this service you can access:

•Reprints of documentation
•Utilities that you can download to your own computer
