Links to Third Party Sites. The SOFTWARE may provide you with the ability to link to third party sites through the use of the SOFTWARE. The third party sites are not under the control of MS, Microsoft Corporation or their affiliates. Neither MS nor Microsoft Corporation nor their affiliates are responsible for (i) the contents of any third party sites, any links contained in third party sites, or any changes or updates to third party sites, or (ii) webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any third party sites. If the SOFTWARE provides links to third party sites, those links are provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply an endorsement of the third party site by MS, Microsoft Corporation or their affiliates.

Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one SYSTEM.

Single SYSTEM. The SOFTWARE is licensed with the SYSTEM as a single integrated product. The SOFTWARE may only be used with the SYSTEM as set forth in these licensing terms.

Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE Transfer Allowed But With Restrictions. You may permanently transfer all of your rights set forth in these licensing terms only as part of a permanent sale or transfer of the SYSTEM, and only if the recipient agrees to these licensing terms. If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade, any transfer must also include all prior versions of the

SOFTWARE.

Back-up Copy. If MANUFACTURER has not included a back-up copy of the SOFTWARE with the SYSTEM, you may make a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE. You may use the back-up copy solely for archival purposes. Except as expressly provided in these licensing terms, you may not otherwise make copies of the SOFTWARE, including the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

NOT FAULT TOLERANT. THE SOFTWARE MAY CONTAIN TECHNOLOGY THAT IS NOT FAULT TOLERANT AND IS NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, OR INTENDED FOR USE IN ENVIRONMENTS OR APPLICATIONS IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF LICENSED SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE OR FINANCIAL LOSS.

Additional Software/Services. The SOFTWARE may permit MANUFACTURER, MS, Microsoft Corporation or their affiliates to provide or make available to you SOFTWARE updates, supplements, add-on components, or Internet-based services components of the SOFTWARE after the date you obtain your initial copy of the SOFTWARE ("Supplemental Components").

If MANUFACTUER provides or makes available to you Supplemental Components and no other EULA terms are provided along with the Supplemental Components, then the terms of this EULA shall apply.

If MS, Microsoft Corporation or their affiliates make available Supplemental Components, and no other EULA terms are provided, then the terms of this EULA shall apply, except that the MS, Microsoft Corporation or affiliate entity providing the Supplemental Component(s) shall be the licensor of the Supplemental Component(s).

MANUFACTURER, MS, Microsoft Corporation and their affiliates reserve the right to discontinue any Internet-based services provided to you or made available to you through the use of the SOFTWARE.
