Chapter 5 – Setting Country or

Region Codes Using the CLI

The Default Country or Region Code is B5.

If You Want to Change the Country or Region Code, Use the Command Line Interface:

Command Syntax

set serial s1 modem country-code value <value>

Description

Sets the modem country/region code value to <value>.

 

This command is valid only for port s1. Applicable only if the country-code type is set

 

to code.

“Usage: set serial s1 modem country-code value <value>

 

Type ‘set serial s1 modem country-code value ?’ for more information”

 

Note: There is no validation on the country/region code value.

To View Country or Region Code:

Command Syntax

show serial modem country code

 

This command is supported on s1 only.

Description

Displays the supported country/region codes for this product.
