Any extension phone can join or leave for one of the Queues.

 

 

Example: To join as a member of Queue 1 for extension 201

 

 

Procedures: From 201 IP Phone,

Dial 1600 -> 1701 -> 123456 (password of Queue1) -> 1 ->

hang up.

 

 

 

 

Example: To leave Queue 1 for extension 201
