NOTES:

1.Ratings are net; they account for the effects of the evaporator-fan motor power and heat.

2.Direct interpolation is permissible. Do not extrapolate.

3.The following formulas may be used:

t ldb = t edb

sensible capacity (Btuh)

1.10 x cfm

tlwb = Wet-bulb temperature corresponding to enthalpy of air leaving evaporator coil (hlwb)

hlwb = hewb

total capacity (Btuh)

4.5 x cfm

Where: hewb = Enthalpy of air entering evaporator coil

4.The SHC is based on 80 F edb temperature of air entering evaporator coil.

Below 80 F edb, subtract (corr factor x cfm) from SHC. Above 80 F edb, add (corr factor x cfm) to SHC.

Correction Factor = 1.10 x (1 − BF) x (edb − 80).

583A specifications

The Bryant 583A is a cutting-edge gas furnace designed for both efficiency and comfort, making it an ideal heating solution for residential applications. This model is particularly known for its exceptional performance and innovative technology, resulting in lower energy bills and a more consistent indoor environment.

One of the standout features of the Bryant 583A is its high-efficiency operation, boasting an AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) rating of up to 95%. This means that a significant portion of the fuel consumed is converted into usable heat, making it an environmentally friendly choice that reduces energy waste. The design employs a two-stage heating operation, which allows the furnace to adjust its output according to the heating demands of the home, providing balanced warmth while minimizing energy consumption.

Built with advanced technology, the Bryant 583A includes a variable-speed blower motor that enhances comfort by distributing heated air more evenly throughout the home. This feature not only improves air circulation but also promotes quieter operation compared to standard single-speed blowers. The intelligent control system of the furnace permits compatibility with smart thermostats, which further enhances energy efficiency and user convenience.

Another notable characteristic of the Bryant 583A is its durability. Constructed with high-quality materials, this furnace is designed to withstand the rigors of continuous operation and to provide reliable service throughout its lifespan. Additionally, it features a heavy-duty heat exchanger that ensures optimal heat transfer while reducing the risk of breakdowns.

The Bryant 583A also prioritizes safety with features such as an automatic shut-off, which activates in the event of a malfunction, protecting both the system and the home. Additionally, its compact design allows for easy installation in a variety of spaces, making it a versatile choice for different home layouts.

In summary, the Bryant 583A is a remarkable gas furnace that combines high-efficiency performance, cutting-edge technology, and reliability. With its two-stage heating operation, variable-speed blower motor, and robust safety features, it caters to homeowners seeking both comfort and cost savings during the colder months. As a trusted name in heating solutions, Bryant continues to lead the way in delivering products that enhance home comfort while prioritizing energy efficiency and durability.
