LED Indicator	Display	Description
Power and Warning LEDs
PWR (route switch controller	Green	Comes on when power is on and the RSC is
power)		not in the reset state.
HIST (history clear)	Yellow	Comes on when software recognizes a major
		or minor alarm situation. The LED will stay
		on until cleared.
