Note:

The System Initialization screen only displays if new or unformatted HDDs are installed.

4.Click Start to begin the initialization process. The RAID Manager screen displays.

5.Select a RAID type, and click Create Disk Array. For further information on RAID type identification, see RAID Manager.

IMPORTANT:

The initialization process will erase all data from the hard drive.

Make sure that the OMNINAS is connected to a power source and is not pow- ered down during this process to prevent damage to the system.

6. Click OK to start the RAID build process.
