2.1 INSTALLING THE NC-400D PRINTER DRIVER

 

 

 

 

 

☞CAUTION

 

Do not use the Add Printer wizard in the Windows printer folder to install the printer

 

 

 

driver. The driver must be installed from the menus provided on the enclosed CD-

 

 

 

ROM.

Quit all the applications currently running on Windows.

 

 

Check that the NC-400D is correctly connected to the PC's

SCSI interface and that it is switched on.

If the NC-400D is not connected or is not switched on,

switch off the PC, connect the NC-400D and switch it on

before start up the PC again.

If the “Add New Hardware Wizard” starts up, click the [Cancel] button.

Load the enclosed CD-ROM into the PC's CD-ROM drive.

The main menu appears. If the main menu does not appear, run the “SETUP.exe” program on the CD-ROM.
