Replacing the Coin-Cell Battery

1Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page 7.

2Adhere the coin-cell battery to the system board.

3Connect the coin-cell battery cable to the system-board connector.

4Replace the battery (see "Replacing the Battery" on page 16).

5Replace the base cover (see "Replacing the Base Cover" on page 12).

CAUTION: Before turning on the computer, replace all screws and ensure that no stray screws remain inside the computer. Failure to do so may result in damage to the computer.
