Removing the Palmrest

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove:

a.battery

b.SD card

c.access panel

d.hard drive

e.optical-drive

f.keyboard

3.Remove the screws that secure the palmrest to the computer.

4.Flip the computer and disconnect the touchpad cable and power-button cable from the system board.
