4.Lift the right cover at a 45–degree and remove it from the computer.

1.Place the front cover on the computer.

2.Install the screws that secure the right cover to the computer.

3.Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.

Removing the 5.25-inch Optical Drive

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove:

a.right cover

b.front cover

3.Disconnect the data and power cables from the back of the optical drive.
