Media Control Server (MCS) Settings

The EtherneTV Set Top Box comes configured for Local Mode. The administrator should make the following changes if the configuration

involves an MCS.

Network

Select Network c and the enter key.

Select Network

Select Network again from the left menu d.

Select Default Nameserver from the left menu e.

Enter the Default Nameserver IP address(es) f.

NOTE: Only necessary if Network: Ethernet,

DNS via DHCP box is not checked or a static

IP is configured.

Enter Apply f.

After making the required entries, select Apply to apply the changes. Changes are not active until they are applied.
