INSTALLATION

Follow these instructions to install and remove the swivel base.

Preparing to install the cables.

1.Remove the wall mounting hole cover.

2.Remove the cable cover.

INSTALLATION

Follow these steps to install the monitor

1.Before you connect the cables, make sure the monitor and system unit power switches are OFF.

2.Plug one end of the 15-pin signal cable to the rear of your system and the other end in the “Analog” video signal connector of LCD monitor. The adapter may be required for certain Apple Macintosh computers. Tighten the two screws on the cable connector.

3.Connect one end of the 24-pin DVI cable to the back of the monitor and connect the other end to the computer’s DVI port (requires a video card with DVI port).

4.Connect the audio cable between the monitor’s audio input and the PC’s audio output.

5.Attach the female end of the power cord to the adapter, then plug the adapter connector to the power “DC-IN” jack of the LCD monitor. Plug the male end of power cord into an AC wall outlet.

6.Connect a headphone to the monitor’s headphone jack (headphone not included).

7.Turn on your computer and your LCD monitor.

8.Press down on the stand and gently adjust the monitor to a suitable viewing angle.

Please note that this monitor can only be tilted forward to 5° and backward to 20°. To prevent damage to the monitor, do not press the screen over its tolerant angles.
