USING THE MEMORY PRINTER AUTO-ANSWER FEATURE

The Memory Printer has a built-in answering machine to answer your calls when you are away. To use Auto-Answer, the Printer must be On and you must have saved an outgoing message in memory bank 3. (Refer to instructions on page 13.)

Example: “HELLO, THIS IS ADRIENNE’S ANSWERING MACHINE. PLEASE TYPE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NBR AND I WILL RETURN UR CALL GA”

To set your Memory Printer to Auto Answer:

1.Connect your Memory Printer to the AC charge/adapter.

•Make sure you have plenty of paper.

•Make sure you have connected your Memory Printer to the telephone line.

2.Turn the Power Switch On.

•“Power-On” message such as “KROWN MP2000D” is displayed. Selects Auto Answer mode.
