CLEARING THE PHONE DIRECTORY

When you want to replace your phone directory completely, you can delete all of the numbers in your phone directory at once:

CTRL + 8

CLEAR MEM 1-5, D(DIR)

CLEAR DIR.? Y/N

PRINT DIR.? Y/N

TYPE A-Z OR 0(PW)

Asks which area you want to clear.

Chooses the phone directory.

Yes: clear the directory

Y or N

CLEAR DIR.? Y/N	No: keep the information in
	the directory.

After typing [Y] to clear the directory, you can type the letter of the location in the phone directory and then enter a new phone number to be stored; or, you can type [CTRL] and [9] (save) to save the changes without entering new information.

CTRL + 9 MEMORY SAVED Saves changes.

MESSAGE RETRIEVAL

CTRL + SHIFT + 5 Prints all conversation, and auto answer messages.
