12. Working With Your Audio Applications

In order to use your MadiXtreme effectively, you will need to be familiar with the operation of your sequencer or other audio application(s). If necessary, please spend time reading the manual(s) for your application(s) of choice. In particular, if you are using a sequencer, make sure you understand the basics such as setting up the clock synchronization, configuring the inputs and outputs of the software mixer, arming tracks etc.

This manual could not possibly cover every aspect of every audio application on the market. However, for your convenience, we have provided a few pointers on the following pages for some of the most popular applications.
