OPERATION

The NSS is configured in three phases:

1.Set the PC date, time, and TIME ZONE parameters.

2.Configure TMU date, time and optional time zone.

3.Transfer the settings to the NSS and verify.

It will be important for the administrator to understand the settings for a specific region and make adjustments accordingly. Because the time and date setting may be used more frequently than time zone setting, tab sections are provided giving the administrator the flexibility of separating the actions.

Note: This utility is limited to date settings between 1/1/1998 and 12/31/2068.

The MPU955 Time Management Utility allows for manual NSS adjustments without changing the Windows settings.
