Changing to 16:9 (wide) screen format

When a S-VIDEO/VIDEO or DTV Format (RGB, YPBPR) signals is input, the image can be displayed in 16:9 (wide) screen by the following procedure. This only applies for S-VIDEO/VIDEO and DTV Format signals. The procedure below describes the on-screen displays when the S-VIDEO signal or the VIDEO signal is being projected.

Selecting procedure

1 Press MENU to display the menu.

2 Press or to select “Function”, and then ENTER to display the screen.

3 Press or to select “16 : 9”.

4 Press or to select “ON” or “OFF”.

Select “OFF” to return the normal screen. (This is the factory setting.)

Select “ON” to display in 16:9 (wide) screen.
