OfIdleContexts	Range=1-10000	number of idle contexts at any time.
	Default=50	This should not exceed the
		maximum number of contexts.
initialNumberOfContexts	Type=integer	This field indicates the initial number
	Range=1-10000	of contexts to create. This should not
	Default=1	exceed the maximum number of
		contexts.
maximumNumberOf	Type=integer	This field indicates the maximum
Contexts	Range=1-15000	number of contexts to create.
	Default=15000
maximum Expires	Type=integer	This read-only field contains the
	Range=60-86400	maximum allowable expiration value
	Default=3700	for a presence subscription request,
		in seconds.
