IMWatchers optimal	Type=integer	Set this to the number of
table size	Range=65536-MaxInt	subscriptions expected at
	numbers	any interval in time.
	Default=131073
IMWatchers table	Type=integer	Set this to however often
cleanup interval	Range=300 to 86400	(in seconds) you want the
	numbers	system to clear out any
	Default=1800	expired event
		subscriptions.
IMAuthNonce table size	Type=integer	Set how many nonces you
	Range=1-10 numbers	want the system to keep
	Default=5	for authentication.
IMAuthNonce	Type=integer	Sets how often (in
generation interval	Default=60	seconds) the system
		creates a new nonce. This
		is a read-only field.
Subscriber cache	Type=integer	Set this to however long
interval	Range=60-3600 numbers	you want the system to
	Default=60	cache, in memory,
		subscriber information
		from the database, in
		seconds.
