Cannot back up my Mac

The StoreJet3.5’s internal hard drive comes formatted for NTFS. If you want to backup a Mac computer you will need to format the drive for HFS+ using the Mac Disk Utility.

Cannot detect the StoreJet3.5 in Windows® 98SE

The StoreJet3.5’s internal hard drive comes formatted for NTFS. Windows® 98SE CANNOT support the NTFS file system, please reformat the hard drive to the FAT file system, see the “Formatting the Hard Drive” section.
