USING THE RECEIVER’S BELT CLIP

The belt clip on the receiver lets you

keep your hands free while monitoring. To detach the belt clip, unlatch the clip by lifting the tab slightly with your finger Tab or a screwdriver, then slide the belt clip

in the direction of the arrow.

ˆOperation

1.Slide POWER on the transmit- ter to the right to turn it on. The POWER indicator lights.

2.Rotate POWER ON/VOLUME on the receiver to turn it on. The POWER indicator lights.

Note: If the receiver makes a shrill noise, it is too close to the transmitter.

3.Rotate POWER ON/VOLUME on the receiver to adjust the volume. The louder the sound, the more indicators light, regardless of the POWER ON/VOLUME setting.

4.Ask someone to talk near the transmitter (or place a radio near the transmitter). Move around the house with the receiver to check the transmitter’s range.
