PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance should be performed at regular intervals. At every visit, the exterior should be cleaned and the touch screen should be re-calibrated. Every 3-4 months, the interior should be cleaned.

Touch Screen

Clean with household glass cleaner and paper towel or clean cloth.

 

CAUTION: DO NOT SPRAY CLEANER ON THE

 

TOUCH SCREEN. SPRAY CLEANER ON THE TOWEL,

 

THEN CLEAN THE TOUCH SCREEN.

 

After cleaning the touch screen it may not respond to touch for a

 

few seconds.

Cabinet and Lens

Cloth moistened in water with any mild cleaning product.

Calibration

Please see the following procedure.

Touch Screen Calibration

The following procedure describes how to calibrate the touch screen:

1.Power on the MoD BoX jukebox and boot up the application.

2.Open the front door of the jukebox.

3.Locate the “Calibrate” button on the Communication Controller (see Figure 3-6).

Press the button once to launch the calibration program. This will override the application while the program runs. See the screen display below.

4.Close the front door and make sure it locks.

5.Follow the directions on the screen, touching the center of the targets, then touching “YES”.
