Sony provides several support options for your computer. When you have questions about your computer and the pre-installed software, check these places for answers:

Printed documentation supplied with your computer

The Setting Up Poster gives you a list of the contents you find in the box, a summary of the bundled applications and the list of specifications of your computer and accessories.
