Install the BJ Tanks

1Pick up the yellow BJ tank.

Pull up the orange tape.

Remove the plastic wrapper from the tank.

2Twist off the orange

protective cap.

To prevent spills, do not press the side of

the BJ tank.

3 Insert the

yellow BJ

4 Press down

on the top of

 

the BJ tank

 

until it locks

Load a Stack of Paper

The sheet feeder is the larger capacity tray behind the ADF.

1Pull the paper rest up until it stops.

Move the paper guide to the left

Fan a stack of paper. Fan the edge that will feed into the MultiPASS first; then tap the stack on a flat surface to even its edges.

2Insert the stack of paper.

Make sure the print side of the paper is face-up. Align the right edge of

the stack with the right side of the sheet feeder.

5Install the other 3 BJ tanks

as shown.
