7. Operation menu

7.1Playback/Stop/Reverse Playback/Forward Search/Reverse Search/ Field Advance/Field Reverse/Rewind commands

For operation of these commands, please refer to Section 3.2 “Operation panel” (page 8).

7.2 Eject command

When you select the [Eject] command in the [Operation] menu, the medium currently selected will be ready for ejection from the drive.

8. Bookmarks menu

8.1 Save with the bookmark command

You can save the current playback position as a bookmark by the [Save with the bookmark] command in the [Bookmarks] menu.

Up to 30 bookmarks can be saved. When you save more than 30 bookmarks, they will be erased from the oldest one. All the bookmarks are erased either when you change the playback device or when you exit DX-PC25EA.

This command has the same function as the [Bookmark] button on the operation panel.

8.2 Bookmark 1 - 30 commands

You can jump to any bookmark by selecting among the bookmark [1-30] commands in the [Bookmarks] menu.

8.3 Bookmark A and B commands

Using the bookmark [A] or [B] command in the [Bookmarks] menu, you can save the current playback position as Point A or Point B to repeat playback between those positions.

8.4 Repeat between A and B command

By putting a checkmark to the [Repeat between A and B] command in the [Bookmarks] menu, you can repeat playback between Point A and Point B you specified.
