Setting the remote control signal for operating your

 

TV

 

1 Set the TV - DVD switch to “TV.”

 

2 While holding down TV/VIDEO - CANCEL,

 

enter the manufacturer code of your TV listed

 

below by using the numeric buttons (0 to 9),

 

and then press ENTER.

 

Example:

 

To enter the manufacturer code “01”: Press “0,” “1,” then

 

ENTER.

3 Release TV/VIDEO - CANCEL.

4 Try to operate the TV by pressing TV

STANDBY/ON.

If your TV turns on or off, you have successfully set the control signal.

NOTES

The initial manufacturer code of the player upon purchase is “JVC” (01).

If there is more than one code listed for the manufacturer of your TV, try them one by one until you succeed.

Operating the TV

Set the TV - DVD switch on the remote control unit to “TV.”
