Press the DISPLAY button at remote control once, the infor- mation about title number, chapter number and title elapsed time appears on the TV screen as shown as below.

Checking Information Using Display

You can check information about the disc, such as the total num- ber of the titles or chapters or tracks or time, using the Display function. The information you want appears on the TV screen or/ and on the front panel display.

When playing back a DVD 1

3Press the DISPLAY button the third time to view the total elapsed time on the TV screen.

TOTAL ELAPSED 00 : 22 : 33

4Press the DISPLAY button the fourth time to view the total remaining time on the TV screen.

TITLE 01 / 03 CHAPTER 05 / 19 00 : 21 : 01

The display for title and chapter will disappear after a few sec- onds.

2Press the DISPLAY button a second time to check the title remaining time.

TITLE REMAIN 00 : 43 : 21

3Press the DISPLAY button the third time to view the chapter elapsed time.

CHAPTER ELAPSED 00 : 03 : 01

4Press the DISPLAY button the fourth time to view the chapter remaining time

CHAPTER REMAIN 00 : 01 : 23

5Press the DISPLAY button the fifth time, the information dis- play function is off.

Note

The above information will be displayed on VFD too.

When stop the playback, the DISPLAY function will be set to OFF automatically.

When playing back a CVD, AVCD,VCD or CD

1Press the DISPLAY button once to view the single elapsed time on the TV screen.

SINGLE ELAPSED 00 : 02 : 01

2Press the DISPLAY button a second time to view the single remaining time on the TV screen.

TOTAL REMAIN 00 : 33 : 22

5Press the DISPLAY button the fifth time, the information dis- play function is off.

OFF

00 : 33 : 25

Note

For CD, the information about track and time appears sim- ply on the front panel display, shown as below.

When stop the playback, the DISPLAY function will be set to OFF automatically.

When playing back a MP3

1Press the DISPLAY button repeatedly to view the Chapter

elapsed Chapter remain cyclically.

2When the DISPLAY is set to ON, the information about the track and elapsed time will shown on OSD.
