Selecting Listening Modes

This system is built in Dolby Pro Logic decoder. It can transform the stereo or PCM signal to Dolby Surround signal so that you can enjoy a live sound.

1Press LISTENING repeatedly to select Stereo DD cycli- cally if DVD disc receive Dolby Digital signal; to select Ste-

reo DTS cyclically if DVD disc with DTS 5.1; and to

select Stereo ProLogic cyclically if DVD disc with AC-3 2.1 CH or PCM.

1Press the SOURCE button repeatedly until AUXor TV/AVappears on the front panel display.

You can press the AUX button to select the desired external source directly.

2Operate the unit which is connected to this system.

3Adjust the volume level by pressing the VOLUME (- or +). This system is built in Dolby Pro Logic decoder, so you can enjoy the live sound in Dolby Surround. How to operate, see Selecting Listening Modeson the next page.

2In playing a VCD/ CD/ MP3 disc, press this button repeat-

edly can select the listening mode, Stereo Dolby Pro Logic cyclically. The corresponding message will show OSD and VFD.

3This button also has functioned in TUNER or AUX mode. Press this button repeatedly can select the listening mode

cyclically: MATRIX Stereo MATRIX. The system will recall its previous status.

Note

When select MATRIX mode, VFD will show MATRIX 5 sec- onds and then return back to original status.
