SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE CODES

1.Refer to “Manufacturers’ Codes” on Page 11 and write down the codes for your original remote controls on the provided label.

2.Press the device key for the type of remote you are replacing (TV, VCR, or CBL). The red light blinks.

3.Hold down P until the red light blinks twice, then enter your 4-digit code.

For example, to replace a Panasonic TV’s remote control (manufacturer code 1433), press TV, hold P for two blinks, release, then enter the 4-digit code.

The red light blinks twice.

4.Point the Pocket Remote at your device and press PWR. The device should turn on (or off, if it was on).

Repeat Steps 2–4 for additional devices.

Notes:

The red light at the top of the Pocket Remote blinks twice when you enter a code that it recognizes. (This does not mean that it is the right code for your device.)
