Rewiring for 220-240 V 50 Hz Operation
The1),1AC-1500 canbe rewired for operationabroad. Pleaserefer this conversionto a skilled electronicstechnicianto avoid personalinjury or possiblehann to theunit. Therearehigh voltages presentinsidethe chassisevenafter the power is turnedoff.
The main power supply printed circuit boardhasthreeseparatepower transformers. Ncarby the transformersyou will find jumper wires which correspondto thevarious primary windings of each
powertransformer.
For 120Y operation, a total of six jumper wires are connectedto the circuit board: two jumpem areconnectedneareachtransformer,eachjumper bas "120 Y" printed alongsideof it on the circuit
board.
For 220-240V operation,only 3jumpersareconnectedto thecircuitboard;onejumperis connectedneareachtransfonner,eachjumper has"220 V" printed alongsideof it on the circuit
board.
For 220-240V operation,you must alsodisconnectthe six "120 V" jumpers.
