Connecting a HDD (Hard Disk Drive)

To use the PVR (Personal Video Recorder) function, you should connect the supplied portable hard disk drive.

1First, turn off the TV.

2Connect the USB cable (supplied) between the USB jack on TV and the USB jack on the portable hard disk drive (supplied).

3Turn on the TV, and then select Digital TV using the TV/AV button to use the PVR function.

Warning:

1.It is recommended to use the supplied hard disk drive. This TV provides best performance with the supplied hard disk drive. If you connect the other hard disk drive to your TV, the TV will format it.

2.Do not connect the storage device that the capacity is too little (such as USB memory stick).

3.Do not connect to the USB jack on your TV the other device besides the storage device such as a hard disk drive.

4.Please turn the power off before connecting or disconnecting the hard disk drive. If you connect the hard disk drive while watching TV, the TV will be rebooted.

Connecting Headphones

Connect a set of headphones to H/P jack on TV if you want to watch a television programme without disturbing other people close to you.

Note: Prolonged use of headphones at a high volume may cause health damage on your ears.
