DVD Player with For best results, use this connection if your DVD player has Component Video component video (YPBPR) jacks.

Connectors

To connect a DVD player with component video connectors

1Use three separate component video cables to connect the DVD player’s YPBPR jacks to the YPBPR jacks (VIDEO 4) on the TV.

✍The YPBPR jacks on your DVD player are sometimes labeled Y, CB and CR, or Y, B-Y and R-Y. If so, connect the cables to like colors.

2Use an audio cable to connect the DVD player’s audio output jacks to the TV’s VIDEO 4 audio input jacks.
