Channel Number or Line Input Indicator (L1 or L2) The channel number or line indicator (L1or L2) appears. Select L1 to record from back input jacks or L2 to record from the front jacks.

HIFI Indicator Lights during stereo playback whenTape Playback: HI-FI/LINEAR/MIX feature is set to HI-FI.

SAP Indicator () Lights when Reception: STEREO/MONO/SAP feature set to SAP .

Tape Speed Indicators (SP, LP, or SLP) Press SPEED on the remote to change the recording speed.

Time or Time Counter Time or time counter a ppears. Pr ess INFO to change.

Status Indicators Show what the VCR is doing.

BYE and HELLO Turned off and on

EJECT Ejecting tape

STEREO Indicator Lights when station you are tuned to is broadcasting stereo.

VCR Indicator (Applies only if the VCR viewing channel is 3 or 4). Pr ess the TV•VCR button to turn on or off.
