The recording mode becomes FR mode. Refer to “FR (Flexible recording mode)” (> 28).

Select the channel or the external input to record.

Allows playback of a previous title, while recording something else.

You can play DVD or VHS while recording to the other drive. The recording will not be affected.

Notes

VHS cannot be output via “DVD priority out” while recording on DVD (> 75). You can watch the VHS playback by connecting 21-pin Scart cable from AV1 on the unit to the television.
